Cancellation Policy

To best serve our clients and respect the time reserved for each appointment, Freshly Plum Skincare maintains the following booking and cancellation policies. Deposits & Payments New client appointments for select services require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are credited toward your treatment total at checkout. Microchanneling and other advanced treatments must be paid in full at the time of scheduling. These appointments are scheduled by contacting Freshly Plum Skincare directly. All clients are required to have a credit card on file. Cards are not charged unless our cancellation policy is not adhered to. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice: If a deposit was paid, the deposit is non-refundable. If no deposit was paid, 50% of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file. No-show appointments will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service to the card on file. Cancellation and no-show fees are non-refundable.
